Return Policy

All items are guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship . However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within the first 15 days, if the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you a full refund minus shipping charges will be issued to you. If your item should fail within the first 30 days, through normal wear, the item will be repaired if possible and returned at no additional cost to you. If the returned item shows any signs of abuse, the refund policy is void and no refund will be issued. Art of the Soul purchases are not returnable, refundable and no exchanges can be offered. If the remains have not been received by Lorie's Inspirations the order may be canceled. Once the remains have been received there is no guarantee of canceling the order, as the process for creating your art may have already been started. If the creation of your keepsake has not been started the order may be canceled, however you will be responsible all shipping charges to return the remains back to you. Every effort will be made to create the item exactly as you order. If any questions arise Lorie's Inspirations will contact you either by email or private phone call. Note: We strive for consistency in our line, however due to the properties of fused glass, the exact size and design may vary and cannot be guaranteed. The small "blemishes", "bubbles: and "imperfections" found in fused glass add character and uncommon beauty.

Legal Notice

All notices from Lorie’s Inspirations to You will be emailed and deemed delivered within thirty (30) days. Notices from You to Lorie’s Inspirations should be emailed to lorie@loriesinspirations.com. Every effort will be made to contact you within three (3) business days. If Lorie's Inspirations has not responded to your email, please resend the message as it is possible the message was never received. The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on this website and constitute an agreement between you and Lorie's Inspirations and supersede all prior understandings and agreements both written and oral. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not purchase from Lorie's Inspirations.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Lorie’s Inspirations ships merchandise to locations within the contiguous United States. Additional fees will apply to shipments in Hawaii and Alaska. Lorie's Inspirations does not currently ship internationally. Every effort will be made to ship your order within three (3) business days. If any questions regarding your order arise, Lorie's Inspirations will contact you via email within (3) business days. Art of the Soul orders will be shipped within 8 - 10 weeks from the time the ashes are received. If you need your order sooner please advise us. Lorie's Inspirations makes every effort to ship your order out sooner than ten (10) weeks. Please be advised that there may be a rush charge of $100.00 if the order is required within two (2) weeks.

Damage or Lost Shipments

Lorie's Inspirations carefully packs all shipments for safe arrival. In the event that breakage does occur during transit, all claims must be made with the shipping carrier. Please send photos of the breakage and packaging to lorie@loriesinspirations.com. Keep all original packaging and document your claim. Lorie's Inspirations will do its best to aid in the resolution between you and the carrier.   If in rare event of a lost package, Lorie's Inspiration will aid in location of the package and will assist in the re-delivery. Please keep your tracking number handy as it will be required for locating your package. If your package can not be located we will help facilitate the insurance claim process. Please note: Insurance claims for lost packages can only be for the actual cost of the item, not the sentimental value of the ashes.

International

Lorie's Inspirations does not currently ship internationally. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Sales Tax

Lorie’s Inspirations charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Limitation Of Liability

The purchaser understands that they are ordering/purchasing an Art of the Soul memorial piece. The Art of the Soul will contain a small amount of human or animal remains supplied by the purchaser and that they are legally bound to the following. The purchaser has freely agreed to mail the remains to Lorie's Inspirations to be fused into glass. The purchaser fully releases and forever discharges Lorie's Inspirations and any associated representatives for all and any claims and demands from this day forward and forever. The purchaser agrees to this release by purchasing a memorial piece and sending the remains. If the purchaser fails to abide by this agreement and files a lawsuit you agree to pay all released parties attorneys' fees and costs. The purchaser agrees to indemnify the released parties against any judgment which may result.
